The contest ended with Punk and Lee on the winning side. The former Divas Champion also made Lynch tap out in the women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. The feud between the two stars has continued to escalate since then.

During RAW Recap, analyst Sam Roberts said that both CM Punk and AJ Lee are currently feuding with wrestlers from Ireland. The Second City Saint is also scheduled to defend his World Title against Finn Balor at Elimination Chamber.

This led to former WWE Champion Big E pointing out the personal history between Becky Lynch and Balor, noting the two have dated in the past. Big E then talked about the possibility of Big Time Becks turning to The Judgment Day member for help in her feud against Punk and Lee, since her husband is sidelined due to injury.

“Becky has been open about her dating Finn back in the day, a long time ago – refers to Finn as her first love. So maybe she’s going back into the Wayback Machine to find some allies to destroy the Punk and AJ family,” the former New Day member said.

When Becky Lynch started out on her wrestling journey, Balor was one of her main trainers in Ireland. The two shared a good bond but their career trajectories took them away from each other.

She also sent a warning to Lee, promising to ruin her life in Chicago at Elimination Chamber.
