Moments ago, Bayley quote-tweeted a video of her interacting with Rick during a show. The Role Model penned an emotional message stating that the wrestling world would miss Rick and she was thankful for all the memories. The veteran also noted that she felt like she had really made it in the industry when he started making signs for her.

“I watched Sign Guy when I was just a kid, I even remember him being interviewed on WWE Confidential. Felt like I really made it when he started making signs for me. I’m so thankful for all the fun memories we have throughout the years. The wrestling world will miss you, Rick,” she wrote.

Bayley suffered a massive loss on WWE RAW

On the June 22 edition of Monday Night RAW, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria challenged Brie Bella and Paige for the WWE Women’s Championship. Not only did the challengers fail to secure the win, but after the bout ended, Valkyria brutally attacked The Role Model and turned heel.

The two wrestled the first match of their feud nearly a month later on the July 18 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. The Irish star got the better of the veteran and emerged victorious. Valkyria continued to assault her former teammate after scoring the win.

The two wrestled the second match of their feud on the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW. The inaugural WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion once again defeated her more experienced rival.

With reported uncertainty around her future in the company, it remains to be seen what’s next for Bayley following her second consecutive loss to Lyra Valkyria.
