AJ Styles reacts to Asuka’s loss at WWE Backlash

WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles shared his thoughts on Asuka’s loss to IYO SKY last night at Backlash.

The Empress of Tomorrow and IYO SKY had a great match at WWE Backlash. Kairi Sane was a focal point of the storyline, but she was released last month. IYO SKY picked up the victory at Backlash and shared a hug with Asuka following the match. It has since been reported that Asuka is “semi-retired” after the loss at the PLE.

AJ Styles took to social media to pay tribute to the 44-year-old and noted that she was a future WWE Hall of Famer.

“I don’t know the facts, but I know Asuka will be a Hall of Famer,” he wrote.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in the world of professional wrestling.
