After that announcement was made, Aalyah Gutierrez broke her silence by posting a series of photos on Instagram, giving her fans a sneak peak into what she has been doing ever since WWE made the announcement. She wrote:

“Hey heyyy!”

Not only that, but she also posted short videos of her and her boyfriend spending time with each other and her going to restaurants and having a good time.

It seems like Rey Mysterio is a proud father and why wouldn’t he be? Both his children are now following his footsteps in the WWE, first with Dominik and now with Aalyah.

He recently spoke to Sun Sport and gave an update on how Aalyah Gutierrez is faring in the Performance Center. He said:

“She’s doing good. She’s about a month and a weekend of training in, and she picks up very fast. But she also gets very frustrated very easy, but it’s normal. She wasn’t around as much like Dom [was as a kid], backstage playing and hanging out with the boys and the wrestlers and the staff and crew. So, she struggles a little bit. She’s completely new to the industry in the sense that training, knowing wrestlers, knowing wrestling names, moves, all these little things that if you try to combine everything at once, you’re gonna go crazy cause there’s so much, so much to learn here! But she’s enjoying it very, very much.”

It is clear to see from Rey Mysterio’s words just how much Aalyah Gutierrez is enjoying her time in wrestling. With her now fully into the fold with NXT, it seems like it will only be a matter of time before she shows up in front of the cameras.
