Roman Reigns is also reportedly working as a babyface, but his match against Penta in Mexico on September 14th will see him working as a heel, since it’s a huge match for the luchador in his hometown.

Roman Reigns and The Bloodline have been heels in WWE for several years

Roman Reigns has been at the helm of The Bloodline since 2020, and in that time he has been seen as a major heel. Because of the power and Paul Heyman at his side, it was hard to see Reigns as a face, even though he was still supported by many of the WWE Universe.

Now that The Bloodline is on the back foot and is being attacked by these newcomers, it seems that the roles have switched and they have now been backed into a corner.

Royce Keys’ actions were acceptable last week when he returned to attack The Usos after what Jacob Fatu did to him a few weeks ago, but this week’s attack was a step too far and now he has made it clear that he is the heel in this story.

Reigns is also focused on his own story with Penta, and it’s a worrying situation since Keys and OTM could cost him the title when he’s in Mexico in less than two weeks’ time. After all, Keys knows it was Reigns who gave the order for Fatu to attack him, because the two men have a history and he wanted Fatu to wipe out anyone outside of his new family.

Royce Keys’ new group has made their intentions clear, and it seems that The Bloodline and all of its members are no longer safe.
