Following the attack, WWE released a video on X. It was a backstage segment where the Glamour was addressing the WWE Universe. Monroe mentioned that she had been waiting for four months to get called up to the main roster and nearly a decade to compete in WWE. Thus, she was not interested in making her debut in a normal one-on-one match without any stakes. She then demanded that management hand her Chelsea Green in a match for the WWE Women’s Championship. Monroe also mentioned that the title match will be her in-ring debut.

“That’s not my debut. I didn’t wait four months getting called up to SmackDown. And I didn’t wait nine years to make it to the WWE to have my debut like that. I’m World Championship material. So, you find Chelsea Green, you bring her to me. And then you get the Glamour. Until then, get out of my face,” Blake Monroe said.

It is to be noted that Chelsea Green is currently not cleared for in-ring action with a broken orbital bone. Nick Aldis had given her 30 days to recover, get cleared, and defend her championship.

Will Blake Monroe be Green’s first challenger?
