The duo once again joined forces at the live event last night in Bakersfield, where they defeated Gunther and Sami Zayn in a rematch from SNME. However, the animosity between the two was visible throughout the match, and Danhausen had to come out after the match to broker peace between them. However, what followed caught fans by surprise as both Cody and Punk kissed Danhausen on the lips.

What else happened at WWE Live Event in Bakersfield?

WWE’s Summer Tour continued on Sunday as stars from RAW and SmackDown stopped in Bakersfield for a house show. As mentioned above, the event was headlined by Cody Rhodes and CM Punk, who defeated Gunther and Sami Zayn in the main event.

Aside from the all-star tag match, the show also featured two title bouts. We saw the Bloodline in action while Seth Rollins former a team with Oba Femi to take on The Vision.

The next WWE live event will take place on Thursday, July 30 in Springfield, Illinois. Cody Rhodes and CM Punk will once again join forces at the show to face Gunther and Sami Zayn in a tag team match.
