On Wednesday, Niven posted on X that she underwent an anterior discectomy in California to address her neck issue. An anterior discectomy is a surgery used to relieve pain and pressure caused by damaged discs, pinched nerves, or spinal cord issues.

Niven shared a photo from the hospital bed, noting that she was thankful to people who supported her during this time and said she will be back stronger for the experience. Her post was flooded with comments from fans and WWE stars, with Bayley telling her, “We love you.” The Scottish star then responded to this message as well.

“Love you all! ❤️ I am out my banger on painkillers and love everyone rn so you in particular are getting some extra- you have the most beautiful light inside of you and I can see it when you pour it into everything that you do and the people that you work with because you want the world to see them shine too. You’re good people Pam, the light in me recognises and feels safe around the light in you. 💖” she wrote.

This in turn led to the former SmackDown Women’s Champion dropping another comment as she got emotional.
