  • The Street Profits & Joe Hendry defeated The Vision via pinfall.
  • Je’Von Evans defeated Rusev via pinfall.
  • IYO SKY defeated Sol Ruca via pinfall.
  • Oba Femi defeated Los Garzas via pinfall.
  • “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio defeated Original El Grande Americano via pinfall to retain the AAA Mega Championship.

Roman Reigns pulled up in the parking lot but was cut off by RAW GM Adam Pearce, who claimed it was too dangerous for them to do the Acknowledgement Ceremony. Roman’s response? “I don’t see my title. Where’s my championship?” That’s my Tribal Chief right there.

After handing him the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Pearce implied he was set to fire Jacob Fatu for his actions at Backlash. Reigns wouldn’t allow it, as Fatu needed to Acknowledge the OTC tonight.

Who brought Jacob in? Roman. So Roman would take him out on his own.

We started, officially, with Bron Breakker and The Vision with Paul Heyman by their side. At Backlash, Breakker defeated Seth Rollins, giving the former Intercontinental Champion his greatest victory to date.

Heyman stated that they’re officially expunging Rollins from the history of The Vision going forward. No reason to mention the name of the Visionary ever again.

Well, Heyman said his name three times. Would Rollins appear? Nope. Instead, Heyman gave Austin Theory, one half of the WWE World Tag Team Champions, a chance to air his grievances. The Vision would face the Street Profits and Joe Hendry in a six-man tonight.

Theory said Montez Ford needed the gold because Bianca Belair couldn’t pay the bills anymore. And that’s enough to get the Profits in the ring. Theory did call Joe Hendry a nerd, and he didn’t appear, so it seemed his magic no longer worked.

Tez said the EST of WWE was busy with the baby, so the Profits had to come here to shut Theory and Logan Paul up. Paul was ready to knock the legendary tag team off tonight, and wanted to shut them up tonight. “What’s in that cup? Your b*lls?” Joe Hendry’s voice rang out with the “Can We Fire Logan Paul” song while standing on the table.

The Vision (Bron Breakker & WWE World Tag Champions Austin Theory & Logan Paul) vs Joe Hendry & The Street Profits

We came back from commercial with the match already in progress. Bron Breakker and Logan Paul worked over Montez Ford while the crowd chanted “Fire Paul” and “Logan Sucks.” Tez eventually got to Joe Hendry, who tossed Paul with his fallaway slam and set up for his big spinning taunt.

Theory and Paul cut him off, and the former NXT Champion met another in the freshly tagged Bron Breakker. Another break as Breakker launched him overhead with an exploder with little effort. What a beast.

Tez fired up after a tag, going wild on all of the Vision. Breakker took Ford’s incredible tope over the rope, and Theory almost ate the Frog Splash. As Theory went for the rolling flatliner, Tez countered with the powerslam! Great response there.

As most brawled on the floor, Theory sent Dawkins outside, setting up Breakker’s round the ring spear. Seth Rollins appeared instead, laying out Breakker as Dawkins rolled up Theory for the three.

The Street Profits & Joe Hendry defeated The Vision via pinfall.

Grade: B-. Great opener, crowd was hyped for it and popped huge for Rollins.

After the match, Rollins avoided a spear that hit Dawkins instead. Before that, though, Dawkins dapped up Rollins, seemingly burying the hatchet. Montez didn’t see it, though, and accused Rollins of taking out Dawkins.

Backstage, Adam Pearce was…too tired to deal with Original Grande Americano and his new partners Bruto & Julio. Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan popped up to cause trouble, leading to a huge title match tonight. Orignal El Grande Americano vs Dominik Mysterio for the AAA Mega Championship!

Pearce was also met by Garza & Carrillo, who seem to be looking for a big opportunity.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta hit the ring, calling out Ethan Page. He wanted to meet Page face-to-face to hear what All Ego had to say. Never one to miss an opportunity to be on camera, Page accepted.

Page called Penta a coward for hiding his face, something he’d never done while climbing the ranks. He’d also already pinned Penta, and expected the champ to fear him. Well, Penta has Cero Miedo, and challenged him to a title bout tonight. All Ego was all brakes tonight. But who was ready to face Penta? Rusev!

The Bulgarian Brute wanted the match with Penta first, claiming he had first dibs. Page, terrified of Rusev, backed off. In fact, he claimed he tried to get Rusev a match against Penta with Adam Pearce, but Je’Von Evans cut him off and claimed he didn’t deserve it.

Enter the Young OG, who called his longtime rival a liar. We got a four-way shmoz here, with Penta and Je’Von getting the better of Rusev and Page.

Je’Von Evans vs Rusev

The commercial break ended with this impromtpu match already in progress, as Je’Von, for some reason, tried to get into a striking contest with the former WWE US Champion.

Je’Von blocked a superplex, sending the big man crashing to the mat after a headbutt. WWE’s Young OG followed with a double jump corkscrew senton! Corey Graves claimed it was in honor of legendary WWE tag team and current TNA stars The Hardy Boyz. Evans went for a dive to the floor, but Rusev clobbered him out of mid-air.

A fallaway slam dropped Evans on the announce desk, and Rusev called his opponent a kid.

We came back from another break with Evans firing up. A superkick and clothesline laid out Rusev, and the young stud surprised him with a strong right to the jaw. Springboard clothesline earned him a two-count over WWE’s Bulgarian Brute. Rusev caught him before going for a springboard, weakening him with kidney shots. A Machka Kick nearly put Evans away.

Evans hit a huge dive onto the veteran on the floor. Back in the ring, OG Cutter! 1-2-3!!

Je’Von Evans defeated Rusev via pinfall.

Grade: C+. Not exactly a WWE problem, but the commercials ate up what had to be one third if not more of this match. Good nonetheless, and a huge win for Je’Von Evans. 2026 will be good to him.

Backstage, Asuka hugged IYO SKY. The Empress of Tomorrow said she wanted someone to take over her position, and was so glad to know she found it in the Genius of the Sky. “Even if we fight, we’ll always be family,” said SKY. She bid Asuka goodbye, but Asuka responded with, “See you later.” before leaving with her luggage.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions hit the ring. Brie Bella & Paige were called out last week by Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez. The champs were ready for a fight. The former champions responded, mocking the vets for their “nostalgia tour.” Perez said she was a fan of the two back when they were young and relavent.

“Don’t you remember meeting me as a little girl? You told me I would be the one to carry on the Bella legacy.” Perez loved it initially, but now believed it was setting the bar too low for her. Brie said she needed to set her own standard, not be backup for Liv Morgan. But do you know who was more disappointed in her than Brie? ROXANNE’S MOM!!! OH SNAP!!

Rodriguez held her partner back, and offered the champs an opportunity to hand the titles over before things got nasty. Whelp, things got nasty. Paige and Bella were doing well until WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan jumped in, dropping Page with a Code Breaker.

Raquel held Brie down for Perez’s Cardiac Kick, and Paige at the Russian Leg Sweep/Big Boot combo from the Judgment Day. We got a great shot of the trio holding all the gold.

WWE Men’s World Champion Roman Reigns was met by Jimmy Uso backstage, and he called Reigns crazy for wanting Jacob’s acknowledgement tonight.

Reigns said they signed a contract, and as men, they needed to stand by their word. And if Jacob didn’t acknowledge Roman tonight, he would be fired.

IYO SKY vs Sol Ruca

Before the match, they showed Sol Ruca’s failed Sol Snatcher on Becky Lynch last week. Some good editing over there in WWE, as they made it look…at the very least, better than when it aired.

Sol Ruca started off strong, keeping up and even getting the better of IYO SKY in the opening moments. A spinning facebuster followed with Sol’s surfboard taunt. SKY followed up by stopping Sol’s handstand tilt-a-whirl, shoving her up so she could dropkick the former WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion while she was stuck upside down.

SKY avoided the moonsault on the floor and followed with a diving hurricanrana off the apron. The crowd fired up for the Genius of the Sky, but popped big for a springboard corkscrew press from Sol.

Back from a break, SKY rocked Sol on the top with a shotei and took her down with a fantastic Spanish Fly. The multi-time WWE Champion couldn’t get the pin, and Sol spun her out of a fireman’s carry into a sit-out powerbomb. An incredible showing of strength. SKY responded with a missile dropkick, setting up for the Bullet Train.

Sol avoided it, and eventually stunned SKY with a cartwheel DDT on the top rope. SKY would hit the Bullet Train, but Sol countered the Over the Moonsault, following with a Sol Snatcher attempt. SKY barely avoided it and caught SOl with a crucifix pin!

IYO SKY defeated Sol Ruca via pinfall.

Grade: A-. This was awesome. End of discussion. IYO SKY with the match of the night two shows in a row.

Big Jim met Main Event Jey in the parking lot. The Usos said Roman might be a little delusional which…they better hope he doesn’t watch the show. Jimmy said the family can be stressful, but the former WWE Men’s World Champ said the family is why they are where they are. Jimmy went off to stay with Roman while Jey waited for Jacob Fatu.

WWE announced two big title bouts for Saturday Night’s Main Event. The Street Profits would challenge The Vision for the WWE World Tag Team Titles in two weeks. Ethan Page would also get a title shot that night, as he’d face Penta.

Backstage, Seth Rollins tried to fix things with Montez Ford, but he wasn’t having any of it. Seth couldn’t be trusted, and they didn’t need his help to win the tag titles. Dawkins tried to smooth things over but it wasn’t happening.

Sol and IYO met backstage, with the WWE veteran congratulating the rookie. WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch followed, mocking her for failing to beat “IYO Jannetty.”

The Oba Femi Open Challenge: Oba Femi vs

The crowd stood to their feet when The Ruler arrived. Oba Femi got the entire building strutting. The NXT 3 (Trick Williams being the third) really have taken over. But who was Oba’s opponent tonight? Well, RAW GM Adam Pearce said that nobody was willing to answer the challenge. COWARDS!!

Femi decided to take things into his own hands, and pulled Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo from the back. He carried them both to the ring and demanded the ref start the match befow absolutely mauling them. Shot Put Bomb to Angel sent him flying over Humberto, who also ate one. Fall From Grace. 1-2-3.

Oba Femi defeated Los Garzas via pinfall.

Grade: As a match? D. As a segment? A.

JD McDonagh was walking with “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio when Finn Balor attacked his former protege. He asked if the AAA Mega Champion wanted any, but the King of the Luchadors had a match coming up next. Way to stand up for your friend, Dom.

AAA Mega Championship Match: Original El Grande Americano vs “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio

Original EGA will be facing El Grande Americano later this month at La Noche de los Grandes in a Mask vs Mask match. If Original EGA won the AAA Mega Championship tonight, it would also make that a championship match. Corey Graves, the voice of AAA, was actually vital for explaining the importance of this match and that feud.

Original El Grande Americano went for a Germanon the apron, but Dirty Dom blocked, and monkey flipped him face-first into the ring post.

Back from the break, Original EGA ducked a 619 and planted the champ with the Angle Slam! Moonsault!! 1-2-nooo!! Dirty Dom barely kicked out in time!!

Michinoku Driver from Dom planted the challenger, but OEGA avoided the tope con hilo and bounced the champ into the corner with a belly-to-belly. A dragon suplex follwed for another two-count. As he moved up for the diving headbutt, Rayo, Bravo, and El Grande Americano rushed the ring. The ref didn’t see EGA hit OEGA, setting up Dom’s tornado DDT off the ropes. Original EGA barely kicked out in time.

Bruto & Julio rushed the ring, taking care of two of the three members of Los Americanos. OG tried to go for EGA’s mask in the ropes, allowing Dom to hit the 619 and the Frog Splash for the dub.

Dirty Dominik Mysterio defeated Original El Grande Americano via pinfall to retain the AAA Mega Championship.

Grade: B+. Great defense for Dom, and Corey Graves did a fantastic job of pushing the Mask vs Mask match on May 30. Graves has been a great voice for the promotion. Check them out on Saturdays if you can. It’s free, after all.

The Vision were met by Jackie Redmond backstage. Logan Paul said he’d Vincent Van Gogh himself if he heard Joe Hendry’s “Can We Fire Logan Paul” song one more time. He meant cutting his ears off, apparently, not…the other thing.

Roman Reigns Acknowledgment Ceremony

As Knoxville, Tennessee acknowledged the WWE Men’s World Heavyweight Champion, Jey Uso met Jacob Fatu in the private parking lot. He tried to talk some sense into the Samoan Werewolf. Uso asked him to be smart, and Fatu laid him out with headbutts. “You think I’m gonna acknowledge me, Roman? Hell nah, you’re gonna have to beat that acknowledgement outta me!!”

Jimmy Uso, for some reason, thought he could calm Fatu down, and was laid out for his idiocy. Roman met Fatu in the ring, and the fight was on! Fatu went for a suicide dive only for the champ to stun him with the Superman Punch!

Roman took a chair and cracked his cousin in the spine repeatedly. He was going to beat that acknowledgement out of him. “ACKNOWLEDGE ME OR YOUR A** IS OUTTA HERE!!” Reigns beat Fatu into a pulp, but Fatu was still able to stop the spear with a superkick.

Tongan Death Grip!! Fatu shook all that damage off like it was nothing!! Roman was powerbombed through the announcer’s desk, and nearly yanked the trachea out of Reigns’ throat with the Tongan Death Grip. Adam Pearce, Jason Jordan, and several members of the WWE staff attempted to tear him away from Reigns. They did…momentarily, before Fatu jumepd back onto the champion.

Reigns was left in a heap on the floor as Fatu rolled ito the ring and licked the championship. Credits rolled as Fatu strolled up the ramp…then RAN BACK DOWN TO FLATTEN THE ENTIRE BLOODLINE!!! A running hip attack, Umaga style, through the barricade wall!!

Overall Grade: B+. Strong follow up to WWE Backlash, with a lot of focus on Saturday Night’s Main Event and even AAA Noche de los Grandes.
