#5. Seth Rollins could win via small package/rollup

Rollins has been on the back foot for the entirety of his feud with Breakker, since it restarted at WrestleMania 42. He has been speared every single week on RAW, and has found it hard to gain momentum in the ongoing storyline.

With Breakker returning to the ring for the first time in months, and his last outing being a 10-second Royal Rumble appearance, WWE might not book him to lose clean. Instead, to continue the feud and to also give Rollins the victory, they could have him win with a small package or a rollup of some sort.

It would essentially mean the former World Heavyweight Champion stealing a win, but it would also protect Breakker in the process.

#4. Logan Paul and Austin Theory could interfere to help Breakker win

Logan Paul and Austin Theory are still a part of The Vision with Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman. They had a backstage segment this past week, reinforcing that they were still together after not appearing as a faction for a couple of weeks.

Paul and Theory are focusing on Joe Hendry and The Street Profits, while Breakker is currently occupied with Seth Rollins. However, that doesn’t mean Paul and Theory might not help Breakker win over his rival. The World Tag Team Champions could suddenly appear on the apron and distract the former leader of The Vision enough for Breakker to get the upper hand and hit him with a spear for the win.

#3. The match could end in a no-contest

It seems unlikely that the feud between Breakker and Rollins will end at Backlash after such a heated build-up. The most likely outcome of the singles match between the two rivals might be a no-contest, which could intensify their hatred for one another even more.

The two former teammates are unlikely to be contained by the rules of a singles match, and things could spiral out of control. They might brawl throughout the arena, and the match might end in a double countout once the former Intercontinental Champion spears Rollins through the barricade.

This could lead to Theory and Paul coming out to attack Rollins, only to be countered by the Street Profits. As a result, an unlikely partnership could develop at Backlash between the former Vision member, Montez Ford, and Angelo Dawkins.

#2. The Street Profits could interfere to help Seth Rollins win

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins made their return on WWE RAW after WrestleMania 42 to help Seth Rollins against Austin Theory and Logan Paul. However, they don’t quite seem to be on the same page just yet, after their backstage interactions on the Monday Night Show.

While they haven’t been able to settle their differences so far, it seems likely that The Revolutionary will join forces with them to battle The Vision. At Backlash, they might finally solidify their alliance after the Profits help Rollins get the win over Bron Breakker, after sending the reigning World Tag Team Champions packing.

This could lead to a six-man tag team match between the two sets of rivals at a future premium live event.

#1. Bron Breakker could win clean over Seth Rollins at Backlash

The Dog of WWE is in need of a big win after making his return to the ring for the first time since February. In his last match, he was eliminated from the Men’s Royal Rumble Match in just 10 seconds after being attacked by a masked man at the premium live event.

He has been booked quite prominently since making his return, and has stood tall over his former teammate on almost every single occasion. If the build-up is a sign of things to come, then Bron Breakker seems poised to get a pretty strong win over Seth Rollins.

Instead of having some shenanigans like WWE usually does, Bron Breakker could get the win over the former World Heavyweight Champion in a clean, convincing manner. It has the potential to end their feud for good, but it might continue either way, despite Breakker getting the win. The Revolutionary might put in a strong effort, but might ultimately come up short in the process, putting Breakker over.
