That said, the marquee bout is expected to be chaotic. There are simply too many confounding variables in Reigns and Rollins’ dynamic for the match to have a clean finish. In this listicle, we will look at five WWE Superstars who could disrupt Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2026.
#5. Jacob Fatu could help Roman Reigns
Jacob Fatu cannot be ruled out from Roman Reigns’ title defense at SummerSlam. Since losing the Tribal Combat Match at Clash in Italy, The Samoan Werewolf has become one of Reigns’ most loyal followers. After acknowledging The OTC, Jacob has carried out every order given to him and has fully embraced his role in The Bloodline.
That could continue at The Biggest Party of the Summer. If Seth Rollins looks close to ending Roman’s reign, Jacob could insert himself into the match and try to swing the momentum back in the champion’s favor. His involvement would not be surprising, especially considering how devoted he has become to The Head of the Table.
#4. Solo Sikoa
Solo Sikoa could play an unexpected role in Roman Reigns’ match against Seth Rollins. For the past few weeks, Solo has rejected Roman’s attempts to bring him back into The Bloodline. Instead, he has become a problem for the faction, targeting The Usos and making it clear that he has no interest in rejoining.
That said, he has yet to come face-to-face with Reigns. However, that could change at SummerSlam. If Jacob Fatu or The Usos try to interfere in the World Heavyweight Championship match, Solo could step in and stop them.
It would not necessarily mean that he is helping Rollins. Instead, Solo could simply be sending a message to the OTC that he refuses to let The Bloodline influence the outcome of the match. Such a moment would move their storyline forward while adding another layer to one of SummerSlam’s biggest matches.
#3. & #2. The Usos
The Usos are among the most likely names to get involved in Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins. Jimmy and Jey have stood by The OTC ever since The Bloodline reunited after WrestleMania 42. With the World Heavyweight Championship on the line, it would not be surprising to see them try to ensure Roman leaves SummerSlam with the title.
That said, their involvement almost feels expected. Whether it is distracting Rollins or breaking up a pinfall, The Usos could play a key role in the bout. WWE has often relied on The Bloodline to influence Roman’s biggest matches, and SummerSlam may not be any different.
#1. Bronson Reed
Bronson Reed has been out of action since March, when he suffered a bicep injury during a match against Jey Uso and the Original El Grande Americano. The Aus-Zilla could make a shocking return at SummerSlam and disrupt Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins.
Reed has history with both men. While it may seem that Rollins has finished his rivalry with The Vision, he has yet to interact with Reed since returning. The Australian powerhouse has a reason to target The Architect and cost him a potential World Heavyweight Title victory.
On the other hand, Reed also has a score to settle with Reigns. The two were involved in a feud last year that resulted in two massive PLE bouts. The OTC defeated Reed at Clash in Paris, and The Aus-Zilla got his lick back at Crown Jewel in an Australian Street Fight.
There hasn’t been a rubber match between the two. Moreover, Reigns now holds the World Heavyweight Championship, giving Reed another reason to seek another bout against the OTC.
