Here are four instances where Triple H did LA Knight dirty with his booking decisions.

4. Being omitted from WrestleMania 39

Since becoming LA Knight from Max Dupri on the main roster, the fans have got behind The Megastar very strongly. However, that wasn’t enough to earn him a match at WrestleMania 39.

It was a strange booking decision considering how over his character was at the time. However, the creative team made amends by allowing him to win against AJ Styles the following year.

3. Not being included in the 2025 Men’s WarGames Match

After the formation of The Vision and their repeated attacks on LA Knight, it seemed obvious that he would be part of the WarGames team to battle the faction at Survivor Series. However, to everyone’s surprise, Knight was completely ignored.

Despite his issues with The Vision, he remained on the sidelines while Cody Rhodes came over from SmackDown to join the WarGames team. Even though it was a good decision to have big names opposing Paul Heyman’s side, there was little connection to Rhodes in terms of the storyline apart from his history with Seth Rollins, who had been removed from the faction by the time Survivor Series arrived.

2. Not being among the last remaining participants of the 2026 Royal Rumble

After being crushed by Bronson Reed’s Tsunami on top of a car, LA Knight returned to action for the first time in months at the 2026 Royal Rumble. Despite being one of the biggest fan-favorites, he was unable to make it to the last four of the match.

After making such a big return and even eliminating Brock Lesnar alongside Cody Rhodes, Knight would have benefited from being among the last remaining ones in the Rumble. However, he went out much earlier, which was another missed opportunity for WWE to give him a mini push on the Road to WrestleMania 42.

1. LA Knight not winning the Money in the Bank three years in a row

The Megastar has notoriously come up short in the Money in the Bank ladder match three years in a row. Despite being one of the favorites in the bout, and coming ridiculously close numerous times, he never got his hands on the briefcase.

All three years were missed opportunities considering how well Knight connects with the fans, and how much they had been rooting for him. It remains to be seen whether the scenario will remain the same in 2026 or whether this will finally be the year he wins it.
