Elsewhere on the show, Penta defeated Ethan Page to retain his Intercontinental Championship. In this article, we will be looking at four things that WWE subtly told us at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV.

#4. Jade Cargill is losing at the Clash in Italy

At Clash in Italy 2026, Jade Cargill will lock horns against Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women’s Championship. During the SNME show, Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin contested in a six-woman tag team match against Rhea, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss.

The closing moments of the match saw the Storm pin the Mami, securing the win for her team. Usually, the star who gains momentum ahead of a title match suffers a loss in the actual showdown.

With Jade Cargill’s victory over Rhea Ripley at the special event, she will likely lose at Clash in Italy 2026. For those unaware, the Clash in Italy 2026 will air live on May 31, 2026, from Inalpi Arena, Turin, Piedmont Region in Italy.

#3. WWE continues to tease Jessika Carr vs. Becky Lynch

SOL RUCA IS DISQUALIFIED FOR ACCIDENTALLY GIVING JESSIKA CARR A SOL SNATCHER 💀 #SNME

Becky Lynch competed against Sol Ruca at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The match was a non-Championship bout, which ended in a disqualification. When the former NXT star attempted to execute a Sol Snatcher on the Man, she pushed the official, Jessika Carr, and saved herself.

As a result, the official called for the bell. Despite her actions, Ruca was declared the winner via DQ, and the outcome wasn’t well-received by the Women’s Intercontinental Champion.

In the post-match, Becky destroyed Sol with multiple Manhandle Slams to send a stern message. It’s crucial to note that this isn’t the first time WWE showcased heat between Jessika Carr and Becky Lynch.

Over the past few months, there have been multiple instances when Becky and Carr were involved in such incidents.

What happened at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event subtly confirms that the Stamford-based promotion is teasing a future match between Jessika Carr and Lynch. Only time will tell whether it will come to fruition.

#2. Paige and Brie Bella aren’t going to lose Tag Team Titles before Nikki Bella returns

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Paige and Brie Bella put their tag team titles on the line against Nia Jax and Lash Legend.

The Irresistible Forces dominated the match and pushed Paige and Brie to their limits. However, the babyfaces survived after Paige scored a roll-up victory over Nia Jax with a Sunset flip with an assist from Brie Bella.

Brie Bella and Paige’s strong booking suggests that they aren’t going to lose the titles anytime soon, at least not until Nikki Bella returns.

The Fearless One has been out of action due to an ankle injury, which forced her to miss WrestleMania 42. It will be interesting to see if she will return in time for SummerSlam.

#1. Seth Rollins and the Street Profits vs. the Vision is in the works

In the SNME main event match, the Street Profits competed for the WWE World Tag Team titles against the Vision. It was a big surprise that Seth Rollins was notably absent despite his active involvement in this feud.

One of the key reasons for the Visionary’s absence could be Montez Ford’s desire not to have Rollins part of this match. By not getting involved, the Architect may want the Street Profits to know that they need to be together to take down the Vision.

With Bron Breakker’s post-match attack on the Street Profits, the likely direction for WWE Clash in Italy 2026 could be a six-man tag team match. Here, Seth Rollins and Street Profits can join forces to face Logan Paul, Austin Theory, and Bron Breakker.

This could also lead to a rematch between Rollins vs Breakker, potentially at SummerSlam this year.
