The Sounds dropped five of six games to the Gwinnett Stripers, the Atlanta Braves’ Triple-A affiliate. The team’s lone win came with a 6-3 victory on Thursday, as they were outscored 27-16 in the series.

Coleman Crow picked up the only win in a five-inning relief appearance, allowing three runs and striking out seven. Logan Henderson went 3 1/3 scoreless innings in his outing, and Garrett Stallings allowed one run across five innings in a pair of appearances.

Luis Lara was once again a bright spot offensively, leading the team with eight hits and swiping five bags in five tries. Greg Jones swiped four bags of his own, while Ramón Rodriguez picked up seven hits, including a pair of doubles, and Eddys Leonard knocked a pair of homers. Brock Wilken also got his first homer at Triple-A, though he went just 2-for-23 on the week (.087/.120/.261 line).
