Aaron Boone is officially back for another season in the Bronx.

The Yankees announced on Friday morning that they’ve exercised the 2025 club option in the skipper’s contract, meaning that he’ll be back on the bench for at least another year.

There had been loud external noise about firing Boone after some of his questionable decisions cost the Yankees during their World Series defeat to the Los Angeles Dodgers, but sources indicated to SNY’s Andy Martino after that series that they were expecting him to return.
