WWE has made a major change to the Money in the Bank briefcase after the premium live event. It was clearly visible when Seth Rollins came out during the opening segment of Monday Night RAW.

The Stamford-based promotion has faced backlash from many fans for its sponsorship of brands during the shows and premium live events. The Money in the Bank PLE was no exception. Several fans called out the global juggernaut for placing the branding of Cash App on the briefcase and of Fireball on some of the ladders.

Seth Rollins, who won the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, made his way to the entrance ramp after John Cena and CM Punk agreed to a championship clash at WWE Night of Champions. As The Visionary held his MITB briefcase high, one could clearly notice that the Cash App branding was gone, suggesting that the sponsorship deal was seemingly just for the premium live event.

WWE Money in the Bank winner Seth Rollins opens up about his recent alliances

Seth Rollins grew from strength to strength when Paul Heyman betrayed Roman Reigns and CM Punk to align with The Visionary at WrestleMania 41. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed later joined the two to form a dangerous WWE RAW faction.

During a recent interview on the Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams, Rollins said that he had not changed one bit and was still a good person. He further reasoned why his stablemates decided to join forces with him.

“I’m a good guy. I haven’t changed a bit. It just so happens that people have come to me. People have flocked to me. Now look, I saw you before WrestleMania. I told you before WrestleMania exactly what was going to happen. I was going to put an end to Roman Reigns. I was going to put an end to CM Punk. I was going to win the main event of WrestleMania. I did all that. Absolutely nothing changed. The only difference is that Paul Heyman, Roman Reigns’ Wiseman, decided that I was right all along. And so I came with Paul. Then you see Bron Breakker. He wants to learn from me. Bronson Reed, we had a little thing last year, but now there is a lot of respect between the two of us, and now we’re off to the races,” he said.
