Wolfsburg rebuffed in search for defensive assistance
As reported by Get German Football News in a recent transfer update piece on Wolfsburg, Germany’s green company team simply doesn’t have the budget to obtain established help in central defense. Jeanuël Belocian recently dropped from Leverkusen’s UCL squad
Newly arrived Borussia Mönchengladbach keeper Jonas Omlin and once-again fit midfielder Exequiel Palacios have been nominated for Leverkusen’s Champions League squad during the knockout phase of the competition. Palacios’ return meant that Belocian had to forfeit his place.
