Bayern Munich host Eintracht Frankfurt at the Allianz Arena on Saturday afternoon. With Joshua Kimmich and Jonathan Tah on four yellow cards, Vincent Kompany could make two key changes ahead of their Bundesliga showdown.
Sitting at the league summit six points clear of Borussia Dortmund, Bayern can ill afford to lose against Frankfurt, who are unbeaten under Albert Riera with the Spaniard having shored up the Eagles’ defence and improved his team’s clinicalness in the final third.

Should Bayern lose on Saturday and Borussia Dortmund beat RB Leipzig, they will go into their Matchday 24 Klassiker with just three points difference. As such, Kompany will need his best players for their game against Dortmund and with Kimmich and Tah on four yellow cards, they will serve a one game suspension upon picking up their next caution.
Should Kimmich who, as noted by Kicker, racked up 21 turnovers – the most of any player – against Werder Bremen last weekend, sit this one out, Kompany has two options in central positions: Leon Goretzka and Tom Bischof.
Defensively, Kompany has more options. Dayot Upamecano missed Bayern’s win over Bremen and thus it’s likely that the Frenchman will start in place of Tah, while Hiroki Ito remains an option in central defence.
