The race was shortened by 10 laps to 125 laps under the “adverse conditions rule” with the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race later in the day. The Truck Series race green flag was delayed by more than an hour due to rain, the same storm that forced the cancellation of Cup Series qualifying.
