The U.S. Secret Service made an announcement regarding President Trump's golf career on Monday.

President Trump, 79, played a couple of rounds of golf over the weekend. The President of the United States was in Scotland, working on a deal with the European Union. President Trump played 18 holes of golf on Saturday and 18 holes of golf on Sunday, according to reports.

While President Trump has been playing a lot of golf since taking office in January, the Secret Service has made a notable announcement regarding his time on the golf course.

The Secret Service announced this weekend the creation of a new golf cart for President Trump.

The special creation for his golf cart reportedly cost close to $200,000.

From the report:

The vehicle specifically designed for ballistic protection, dubbed "Golf Force One," seemingly made its public debut during a round of golf between President Donald Trump and his son, Eric, at the Trump golf course in Turnberry, Scotland, over the weekend. The White House confirmed "Golf Force One" is "part of the presidential fleet of specialty vehicles," but did not share any further details.

It comes 10 months after an assassination attempt on Trump while he was playing golf at his Florida course. According to the General Services Administration, a Polaris UTV can be outfitted by Chicago company Scaletta Armor with an "add-on armor kit to Polaris XP 1000 Ranger UTV with protection scalable to mission." The kit costs around $190,000.

President Trump is not going to stop playing golf, but at least now he'll be more protected when he's out on the course.
