We’re down to 50.
That’s how many players remain standing as the PGA Tour heads to Owings Mills, Maryland, for the 2025 BMW Championship, the second of three legs of the FedEx Cup Playoffs.
The top three players in the world — Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele — headline a stacked field of 50 superstars set to compete at Caves Valley Golf Club. For nearly half of them, though, this could be their last run of the season. Only the top 30 in the standings after Sunday advance to the following week’s Tour Championship, where the FedEx Cup will be awarded to the winner.
