The Europa League final will take place on Wednesday, 21 May, at 20:00 BST.

It will be played at San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain and the winner of the semi-final between Tottenham and Bodo/Glimt will be the designated home team.

Athletic Club are taking on Manchester United in the other semi-final so have a chance of playing the final in their home stadium.

However, they trail 3-0 after the first leg with the second leg taking place at Old Trafford on Thursday, 8 May.

Tottenham will also take a lead into the second leg, having beaten Bodo/Glimt 3-1 at home in the first leg.

Uefa has said there is no chance of the final being moved from Bilbao to England in the event of an all-English final.

A total of 15,000 tickets will be available to each team in the final with ticket prices ranging from 40-240 euros (£34-£204) for the 53,289-capacity stadium.

BBC Sport’s chief football news reporter Simon Stone said: “I did a quick check on a flight booking and hotel booking site and came up with a cheapest two day trip of £1650, excluding tickets and food, and transportation. It’s going to be expensive.”
