The Masters, golf’s most prestigious major, is one week away from teeing off at Augusta National Golf Club, with the world’s best players vying for the coveted Green Jacket.
This year’s tournament has no shortage of storylines. Most notably, Tiger Woods will miss the Masters for the second consecutive year after being arrested on suspicion of DUI and subsequently announcing he is stepping away from golf to seek treatment.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler heads to Augusta as the heavy favorite to claim his third Green Jacket. Questions linger, however, after he withdrew from the Houston Open amid the imminent arrival of his second child. Scheffler is expected to compete, though the exact timing of the birth remains uncertain.
Rory McIlroy returns to Augusta looking to defend the title that helped him complete the career Grand Slam in 2025, chasing a second consecutive Green Jacket. McIlroy arrives in uncertain form, however, having battled injury and missed the cut at The Players Championship earlier this season.
