Way More Expensive Than Before, But Now A Hybrid

• Lincoln has revealed the 2027 Corsair with powertrain and styling changes.  
• A 305-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive is standard.  
• The 2027 Corsair Premiere Hybrid will start at $49,740, which is $7,310 more than the non-hybrid 2026 model.  

The Lincoln Corsair isn’t dead. The automaker recently revealed the 2027 model, and it has some noticeable changes beyond the revamped styling.  

The compact luxury crossover will come standard with a new turbocharged 2.0-liter hybrid engine and all-wheel drive. The powertrain makes 305 horsepower, and it is the only one available.  

In addition to the new powertrain, Lincoln also updated the exterior design. The 2027 Corsair features a more sculpted hood and grille, revamped headlights, and a restyled front fascia. The automaker also updated the rear fascia and tweaked the taillights, integrating the Lincoln lettering.  

Subtle Styling Changes

The interior is the same as before but now available with a new Stellar Sun color theme. It has a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 13.2-inch infotainment screen.

The crossover comes standard with the automaker’s BlueCruise 1.5 hands-free driver-assistance technology. Lincoln will offer the 2027 Corsair in two trims: Premiere and Reserve.

The Corsair Reserve is available with Lincoln’s 24-way Perfect Position front seats, which offer heating, ventilation, and massage capabilities. The trim also comes with black satin ash wood accents and leather-trimmed seats.

Buyers can choose from three wheel sizes—18-, 19-, and 20-inch options—and five new exterior colors. Nocturnal Blue, Tinted Copper, Chroma Flame Red, Manhattan Green, and White Platinum join Infiniti Black, the only color that doesn’t cost extra.  

Customers who purchase the Reserve can opt for the $2,500 Jet Appearance Package. It adds an assortment of black accents, including badging, grille, bumpers, and door trim. The package also includes 20-inch black painted aluminum wheels.  

2027 Corsair Pricing And Availability

The 2027 Lincoln Corsair Premiere is much more expensive than the outgoing model. It will start at $49,740 (all prices include the $2,295 destination charge), which is $7,310 more than the non-hybrid 2026 Premiere.  

The 2027 Corsair Reserve will start at $55,790, a $6,655 increase. Lincoln will no longer offer the Corsair Grand Touring, which has a plug-in hybrid powertrain and a $55,860 starting price.  

The 2027 Lincoln Corsair will go on sale sometime early next year and will be imported from China. The automaker is accepting orders today.

Motor1’s Take: Compact crossovers remain quite popular, and the updated Corsair with the hybrid powertrain should appeal to buyers looking to save some money at the pump. The higher price might be a concern for some, though.
