After the match, Lesnar broke character and endorsed his rival as the future of WWE. That was not the only emotional moment as a video has emerged of both Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar at the top of the entrance ramp.

The legendary wrestler-manager duo were seen hugging it out after the match and the fans could be heard letting out a loud cheer. Both Paul Heyman and Lesnar have been by each other’s side for more than two decades and it was heartwarming to see them share this moment in front of the fans.

Oba Femi surprised by Brock Lesnar’s endorsement

As mentioned earlier, Brock Lesnar broke character and publicly endorsed his rival Oba Femi after their Hell in a Cell match at WWE SummerSlam.

When he did that, the Nigerian was visibly surprised and was taken aback by the kind gesture. At the post show press conference, Oba admitted that he was surprised and that he did not see it coming from Brock Lesnar. He said:

“The hug and the public endorsement were definitely a surprise. I did not see that coming. But I knew that, deep down, Brock has always respected me. And he knows that, deep down, I respect him as well.”

The Nigerian superstar will be at the top of the mountain, thanks to his mammoth win over the former Universal Champion. On top of the win and with a public endorsement like the one he received, it is only a matter of time before Oba Femi is fighting for all the top titles in the company.
