Wrestling journalist reveals reason behind Tiffany Stratton’s absence from WWE TV

During a recent Q&A session, PWInsider’s David Scherer talked about Tiffany Stratton’s absence from WWE television. He said that he believed the Triple H-led creative team takes its stars off TV to let them “recharge” whenever they lose their championships.

Scherer added that he felt it was a smart move by The Game, as it makes fans forget about how a star lost their title.

“My guess is that Paul Levesque is doing something that has become a trope for him when some champions lose their Titles: He takes them off of TV to recharge them for when they return. It’s a smart move in my opinion. It makes sense to not remind everyone how someone just lost,” he said.

Jade Cargill has been taking shots at Tiffany Stratton since she dethroned the latter as the Women’s Champion in November. It will be interesting to see if Stratton will go after Cargill upon her return to the Stamford-based promotion’s weekly programming.
