The Women’s Golf Coaches Association has released the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll for women’s college golf. This is the first poll (originally released on Feb. 26) of the spring 2026 season.

Stanford remains the unanimous No. 1 in Div. I after winning their first two events of the spring at the Arizona Thunderbird Intercollegiate and the Bruin Wave Invitational. USC holds steady at No. 2 after winning the Alice and John Wallace Women’s Golf Classic. Texas A&M moves up to No. 3 after a runner-up finish at the Moon Golf Invitational. Oregon sits at No. 4 after finishing second at the Chevron Collegiate. Auburn is now No. 5 after winning the UCF Challenge and the Moon Golf Invitational.

Wingate holds on to the top spot in Division II after receiving 11 first-place votes and securing a win at the Battle at Hilton Head. Dallas Baptist received two first-place votes to remain at No. 2, following a win at the Women’s Rattler Invitational. Anderson is No. 3, Findlay is No. 4 and Grand Valley State is No. 5.

Div. III Mizuno WGCA coaches poll

Emory received 17 first-place votes to claim the No. 1 spot, after a fifth-place finish at the Space Coast Classic presented by MoonGolf. Carnegie Mellon received three first-place votes to come in closely behind at No. 2, following a runner-up finish at the Centre College Classic. New York University received one first-place vote, holding steady at No. 3. Pomona-Pitzer climbs to No. 4, after winning their first two events in the Spring (West Coast Classic and SCIAC #1). Williams College sits at No. 5 in the poll.

About the Women’s Golf Coaches Association

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 750 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
