Now, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has spoken out on Fatu’s debut but had some questions about his attitude. Speaking on Busted Open After Dark, he said:

“Zilla has shown up and he has made his presence known, starting controversy right off the bat in NXT. Lots and lots and lots of upside to Zilla Fatu, but can Zilla keep his attitude in check, keep his ego in check, be professional and not be so much of a loose cannon and so rebellious? But, overall, a real positive first night in NXT for Zilla.” [2:00 – 3:10]

Zilla Fatu has unfinished business in WWE

Zilla Fatu is now a part of WWE and there is a lot of fanfare around his arrival and understandably so.

Before he made his move, there was a lot of chatter around him moving to AEW. However, he shot that down citing unfinished business in WWE. Speaking with Bootleg Kev, Fatu said:

“No. I think my heart is with the E right now. So I’m not gonna break that cycle [because it’s where his family is]. And then not only that, I got unfinished business as far as my dad’s legacy to fulfill. So that’s why. I want to go over there and turn that sh*t up, and at the same time, build my own brand.”

Now that Zilla Fatu is in WWE, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for the up and coming star.
