Recently, the 49-year-old icon’s ex-on-screen rival, Trish Stratus, appeared in an interview with KLAS 8 News Now, where at one point she was asked whether she would return The Billion Dollar Princess’ favor, who inducted her into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013, by inducting her next month. Here’s what the icon said:

Trish Stratus appeared in one of the episodes of Stephanie McMahon’s “What’s Your Story?” podcast. At one point during their conversation, the Canadian legend asked the former co-chairwoman of World Wrestling Entertainment to compete in another match against her. McMahon quickly turned down the idea, claiming it would be “bad.”

“Trish, it would be so bad. Trish, when you watch the beginning of our match, and there’s that like spot where I hit you and we both fall down—okay. That would be like the whole thing,” Stephanie said. (H/T: TJRWrestling)

For now, it remains unknown who will induct Stephanie McMahon into the 2026 Hall of Fame, but the legend’s iconic career being immortalized next month is guaranteed.

Apart from Stephanie, former WWE Champion AJ Styles, who retired after losing his career-on-the-line match against Gunther at Royal Rumble 2026, and legendary tag team Demolition are also getting inducted into the Hall of Fame.
