This was followed by a six-woman tag team match at SummerSlam where Henley and Reid were joined by Jacy Jayne to face Paige and The Bella Twins.

The match on night one saw Jayne pick up the win for her team after pinning Paige. Following this, Nikki Bella turned on the Anti-Diva and attacked her in the ring before leaving with her sister.

Now, independent wrestler VIPRESS, who trained with Paige ahead of her in-ring return at WrestleMania, has revealed that she kissed the former Divas champion backstage after the betrayal by The Bella Twins.

In a post on X, VIPRESS posted a photo of kissing Paige backstage and wrote that she cheered up her friend with a smooch.

“Don’t worry guys i made my bb @Saraya feel better w a smooch 🤍 love you bb,” she wrote.

Following the betrayal, the former women’s tag team champion sent a message on social media, saying the Bellas “f*cked up.”

WWE’s plans involving Paige might have to wait

At SummerSlam, Brie Bella suffered a shoulder injury during the six-woman tag team match.

It was later reported that she has a broken scapula and could be out for some time. This could force a change of plans for WWE.

During a WrestleVotes Q&A, JoeyVotes noted that WWE was looking to build a program between The Bella Twins and Paige teaming up with a returning AJ Lee. But with Brie’s injury, those plans could be affected.

It was mentioned that Brie could be out for six months or more, and any such plans will have to be shelved for now. Notably, this match did take place at WrestleMania 31.
