Rasmus Hojlund will lead the Napoli attack in an away game at Torino, while the Granata are expected to rely on Giovanni Simeone and Ché Adams up front.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 BST) at the Stadio Grande Torino.
The home side are without Zakaria Aboukhlal, Tino Anjorin and Perr Schuurs, while the Partenopei have travelled up north without Nikita Contini, Romelu Lukaku, Amir Rrahmani and Stanislav Lobotka.
Multiple sources, including Sky Sport Italia, claim that Torino will slightly change their system, picking two centre-forwards: Simeone, a former Napoli striker, and Scotland international Adams.
Napoli will replace the injured Lobotka with another Scottish player, Billy Gilmour, while Scott McTominay will start on the left wing to make room for Zambo Anguissa and Kevin De Bruyne in the middle of the park.
Alex Meret and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic battle for a starting spot in goal. According to Sky, the Italian will get the nod, while Gazzetta claims that Milinkovic-Savic is the favourite.
