According to a report from Self Made Sessions, the two-time United States Champion was very vocal to the creative team and reportedly frustrated with his run on the blue brand following WrestleMania 41. Moreover, he wasn’t happy working the same feud with Solo Sikoa.

The report further claimed that the 43-year-old star requested the move, and the management eventually granted it. It’ll be interesting to see what’s next for LA Knight heading into the biggest event of the year in Las Vegas.

What’s next for LA Knight in WWE?

In 2024, LA Knight scored a win over AJ Styles at The Grandest Stage of Them All in Philadelphia. Last year, The Megastar entered the event as the United States Champion and lost the title to Jacob Fatu. He spent most of his time on WWE RAW in a feud against The Vision.

Earlier this year, he returned to the Stamford-based promotion and continued his feud with the villainous group on Monday Night RAW. The company is a few weeks away from WrestleMania 42, and there’s no opponent for The Megastar heading into the biggest event of the year.

Earlier this year, a report suggested that he could face Brock Lesnar in Nevada. However, plans have changed since Royal Rumble 2026, and WWE still has not finalized an opponent for the two-time United States Champion heading into WrestleMania 42.

Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar announced an open challenge for the event, and there’s a possibility that the management would wait till the event to announce The Beast Incarnate’s opponent.
