John Cena hoped to walk away from WWE back in December
John Cena had a lengthy retirement tour that eclipsed last year’s WWE programming, and, shockingly, he has only been away from the company for three months, and now he’s back again.
WWE’s ticket sales for WrestleMania have been a hot topic of conversation for fans in recent months since it’s clear that they are not selling as well as the company had hoped. The prices have also been questioned since there have been many loyal fans complaining that they have been priced out of WWE events since TKO took over.
With just over three weeks to go until WrestleMania, it will be interesting to see if John Cena’s addition to the show does help the company sell more tickets. It was noted that Cena was only there as the host for the event, but there is nothing stopping this from leading to something else or even having a segment with Danhausen since it’s clear that Cena is a big fan of the WWE newcomer.
Sadly, Cena had already retired before Danhausen debuted, so WrestleMania will be the first time the two men have crossed paths.
