A real-life Bloodline member has dropped an update after leaving WWE. The 33-year-old Samoan pro-wrestling member has shared his plans for the future after his exit from the sports entertainment juggernaut.
A few weeks ago, Lance Anoa’i announced his departure from WWE in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He said that he didn’t have the best of luck since arriving at the Stamford-based promotion, but he will continue to work to achieve greatness.
Now, he has shared an update revealing his future plans. Taking to X, he outlined his goal for the coming year, noting that he was heading back to Japan.
“Goal for 2026! Go back to Japan!” he wrote.
Notably, Lance Anoa’i wrestled in Major League Wrestling (MLW) and Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan before signing with NXT in the summer of 2024. He is the son of Samu, who wrestled in WWE as a member of The Wild Samoans.
Even before his signing with WWE, he made sporadic appearances for the promotion. He teamed with Rhett Titus for a loss to The Ascension on SmackDown in December 2014. He and Titus also had a match against the Authors of Pain in 2017.

As the Bloodline members continue to flourish in the promotion, Zilla Fatu also showed his interest in signing with the promotion.
The company has launched a program called WWE ID to train and support talents from independent wrestling promotions. Fatu responded to the promotion’s official post on X and asked fans whether they want to see him there.
Fatu is currently the 4th Rope Heavyweight Champion and makes sporadic appearances across different independent promotions.
