During the conversation, the Apex Predator mentioned the heaviest stars he has ever lifted and then said the “stoutest” move he ever received was Rob Van Dam’s Five-Star Frog Splash.
“I’m trying to think. I think the heaviest, probably is a five-star frog splash from RVD, would probably be the most stoutest thing I’ve ever taken,” he said.
The former WWE Champion then praised RVD and said he was an amazing talent.
“RVD. Amazing, amazing talent, but man, he hit you. You know what? He was like as solid as this freaking table right here,” he added.
During his early years in WWE, Randy Orton feuded with RVD as the two competed in a number of matches for the Intercontinental championship.
Randy Orton is eyeing one more WWE World Title
Randy Orton’s decorated in-ring career has seen him win 14 WWE World Championships, behind only John Cena’s record-breaking 17 Titles.
Ahead of the Elimination Chamber, which will see Orton compete with five other stars to earn a shot at the WWE Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania 42.
Speaking on Get Up ESPN, he mentioned that he wants to win at least one more World Title. Orton said it would mean the world to him, given his longevity and his history in the business as a third-generation wrestler.
It now remains to be seen whether he will take the next step towards accomplishing that goal this weekend.
