Napoli winger David Neres took a flight to London in the morning and will undergo ankle surgery that will keep him on the sidelines for over two months.

David Neres to have surgery in London

Il Mattino posted a Facebook picture of Neres at the Naples airport this morning, right before boarding the flight for the UK.
Gazzetta reported earlier this week that the Brazilian was expected to undergo surgery to resolve an injury in his ankle tendon.

According to Il Mattino, Neres will remain on the treatment table for over two months, returning to action in April.
