Waterville Golf Links has hosted many famous faces over the years and is a popular practice site for golf professionals in the weeks leading up to The Open Championship. The course underwent a renovation by famed golf architect Tom Fazio in 2006 and has been a top-ranked links course in Ireland ever since. It is sixth on the Top 100 Golf Courses ranking in Ireland. It is loved for its stunning views and rich history.

Curry, 39, is an avid golfer and a competitive one at that, known for making regular appearances at celebrity golf tournaments, including the 2023 American Century Championship, where he made a hole-in-one on the 7th hole at Edgewater Tahoe Golf Course.

The beloved two-time NBA All-Star Game MVP is signed with the Golden State Warriors through the 2026-2027 season, where he will try to lead the Warriors to their eighth NBA championship.
