Naomi is pushing for a WWE stipulation match against Jade Cargill. The veteran will be competing in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at the PLE later tonight at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
The former SmackDown Women’s Champion recently spoke with Variety, and Jade Cargill was brought up during the conversation. Naomi shared that she wanted to battle Cargill in a stipulation match and suggested several ideas. The WWE SmackDown star also noted that she wanted to be able to use her razor blades during the match.
“Absolutely I want a stipulation match for Jade. “[Falls count anywhere? Last woman standing?] I’ll take any of the above. What do you think she would get the most hurt in? What’s the most brutal? Maybe a coffin match. I just want to be able to use my razor blades,” she said. [H/T: Variety]
The 37-year-old attacked Jade Cargill in the parking lot last November and slammed her on top of a car. Cargill returned for revenge at Elimination Chamber 2025 and defeated her in a singles match at WWE WrestleMania 41 earlier this year.
Popular WWE star claims Naomi inspires her
WWE RAW star Natalya recently claimed that Naomi’s career inspired her and noted that the former champion has been around for a while.
In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Bill Apter, Natalya stated that The Glow was an inspiration to her because she is deep into her career, and Triple H still sees value in her. Natalya added that she had faith that her time in the spotlight would come too.
“Naomi is so inspiring to me because it’s proof that Triple H is willing to invest in a talent that has been around for a long time. Naomi, you know she has talked about how she has been waiting 15 years for this chance, to have this match. You know, like, well over a decade to have this moment. She started a couple of years after me. And so the fact that she is this deep into her career and Triple H sees so much value in her ability in the ring and her ability to tell stories, it is giving me so much inspiration and so much faith that you know, my time will come too.” [2:49 onwards]
