Solo Sikoa was supposed to acknowledge Roman Reigns as his Tribal Chief and return to The Bloodline during last night’s episode of WWE RAW. However, Sikoa opted to hit Reigns with a Samoan Spike instead, and then fought off The Bloodline alongside LA Knight to close the show.

Former WWE manager discusses Roman Reigns’ popularity

Wrestling legend Dutch Mantell shared his thoughts on Roman Reigns’ popularity and whether he was overrated.

Speaking on the Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the WWE legend responded to Conrad Thompson’s comments and stated that he used to think Reigns was overrated as well. However, his opinion changed once he started getting over with the crowd as a heel.

“That’s what I used to think too. I said, ‘How long are they going to push Roman before they realize that he’s not the answer?’ But the more he went, the more he got over a heel. And then he drew some money as a heel,” Mantell said.

It will be interesting to see how Reigns responds to Solo Sikoa’s attack in the weeks ahead on WWE RAW.
