Kyle Buschgets it done in a strange Craftsman Truck Series race at Atlanta. NASCARCup Series rival Carson Hocevar helped Busch get the win, and even refused to take a run on the last lap.

This race ended due to time. With a weather-altered schedule for Saturday, the Truck Series race had to end at 4:20 p.m. ET. Even so, the action was not lacking whatsoever.

Great race at Atlanta. The Truck Series is a gem of a series and deserves a lot more respect. There was only one caution for cause today, showing that these drivers knew they were on a time crunch and knew that they had to be on their best behavior on track.

Early in the race, Kyle Busch was dazzling fans. He went up against Corey Heim for the first stage win. Even though he lost to Heim in that battle, he ended up winning the war.

There really is nothing quite like Busch at Atlanta when he’s in a truck. No matter the configuration, he’s got that place dialed in when it comes to that series.
