Je’Von Evans would dispose of JD McDonagh, just like he did with “All Ego” Ethan Page recently. And once again, he was attacked from behind by Big Cass. However, Evans came a little more prepared this time, anticipating the attack immediately after his match. He even got the better of Cass for the most part, but it was interference from Dominik Mysterio that led to Cass standing tall once again.

So this was a way of showing that Cass, while big in size, certainly has dents in his armor that can be exploited. It’s going to be interesting to see how it plays out when they eventually face off.

There is no official date for their match, but one can imagine that Sunday Night’s Main Event in early September is a good place for their feud to finally come to a head.

Evans’ momentum could be completely destroyed by Big Cass, and all signs seem to be pointing to that.
