Cody Rhodes won the second stage, Falls Count Anywhere, by flooring his opponent with a Cross Rhodes through the announcer’s desk. The two stars continued to battle it out inside the steel cage in the third stage.

Drew McIntyre tried to escape the cage through the door. However, the returning Jacob Fatu denied him before turning his attention towards Cody Rhodes in the ring. In the meantime, McIntyre managed to escape the cage and secure the win to become the new Undisputed WWE Champion.

Jacob Fatu had been absent from WWE television since the October 17, 2025, edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he was taken out backstage by a mysterious attacker. It was the creative team’s way of writing him off television to give him time to recover from a dental issue.

It will be interesting to see what plans WWE has in store for The Samoan Werewolf going forward.
