Earlier today, Santos Escobar took to Instagram stories to post a selfie from the WWE Performance Center. In the picture, the Legado Del Fantasma leader could be seen getting his triceps treated by a doctor named Clayton Tomczyk, who works as a physical therapist with the Stamford-based promotion.

WWE Superstar Santos Escobar provided an update on his injury

While speaking in a backstage interview with Andrea Bazarte after getting injured, Santos Escobar noted that his medical reports revealed that he would be out for months.

He further issued a warning to Dr. Wagner, stating that once back he wouldn’t be coming just for his title but also his mask.

“The reason I came to AAA, Wagner, is to show you what real Lucha Libre is. That you’re not on my level and that your mask is not the most beautiful in Mexican Lucha Libre. What you did today is unforgivable. The medical report says I’ll be out for months… Months. This is what I do, to provide for my family and my legacy, and you messed with it. When I come back, because you better believe I’m coming back, I’m no longer just coming back for that title, this time, I’m coming for what you value the most, the thing you say is the most beautiful in Mexican Lucha Libre. Be careful what you wish for,” Escobar said.

It will be interesting to see how much longer it takes for Santos Escobar to make his return to the squared circle.
