Retired WWE star suggests Roman Reigns didn’t like him

AJ Styles recently suggested that Roman Reigns didn’t like him when he first joined the company.

Styles debuted with the promotion at Royal Rumble 2016 and retired from in-ring competition following his loss to Gunther at Royal Rumble 2026 a decade later. Speaking on The AJ Styles Show, The Phenomenal One suggested that Reigns wasn’t fond of him until they started working together.

“I don’t think Roman liked me in the beginning. I don’t think he really liked me. He didn’t know who I was or what I was about or know anything about me. It was like, this guy’s coming into my house thinking he knows how to do this,” he said.

It will be interesting to see if Penta can get the better of Reigns tonight on RAW and capture the World Heavyweight Championship.
