The 2026 Masters Tournament wraps up on Sunday, April 12, after a wild week at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia. The iconic tournament is the most lucrative of the four major championships.

This year, the Masters increased its total purse from $21 million to $22.5 million, trailing only the PGA Tour’s Players Championship’s $25 million purse.

Everyone who finishes inside the Top 40 receives at least $100,000 for their efforts.

Golfers who make the cut but finish outside of the top 50 will receive cash prizes ranging from $55,350.

If you miss the cut, you still receive a cool $25,000 for your efforts. That’s not too shabby for two rounds of golf on the most iconic golf course in the sport.

Entering the final round of the tournament, defending champion Rory McIlroy and Cameron Smith sit tied atop the leaderboard at 11-under, after Smith shot an incredible 7-under in Round 3 and McIlroy blew a six-stroke lead with a +1 on Saturday afternoon.
