Following the match, Ruca and SKY’s celebrations were cut short as Lyra Valkyria interrupted them backstage. She called out Ruca for jumping the line to the Intercontinental Championship. Sol Ruca was not happy with Valkyria’s comments and claimed that she was never handed any title opportunity but rather earned everything she had. Valkyria then challenged the former Intercontinental Champion to a match to determine the new no. 1 contender for Rodriguez’s title. The match will be taking place next week on Raw.
