Last year, Ford enhanced the 2025 Super Duty lineup by adding the new Platinum Plus Package. Designed to entice the model’s most premium customers, it combines luxurious features, technology, and rugged capability in one option. Ford is just now beginning to deliver the decked-out heavy-duty pickup to customers, launching its new ownership experience for Platinum Plus owners in the process.

The experience offers several post-sale goodies, like a complimentary year of Ford’s connected services, which includes the Ford Security Package. It also comes with the ability to directly connect with a Ford Turck Expert via unlimited one-on-one texting. They’re there to answer any questions about the truck and its features, so you don’t have to resort to the dealer or questionable AI answers from the internet.

Owners will also get access to exclusive events, like Ford’s Towing Bootcamp, and two years of premium maintenance coverage, which covers engine oil and filter change, tire rotation, brake pads and linings, wiper blades, shock absorbers, and more. Ford will entice customers to spend even more with a one-time 25-percent coupon for Ford accessories while boosting them to the brand’s Blue Tier of its FordPass Rewards program.

The Platinum Plus package isn’t cheap, starting at $99,455 (all prices include the $2,095 destination charge). The F-350 version starts at $100,955, while the F-450 Platinum Plus costs $105,630 to start. The package is only available on the Platinum trim, and costs $6,500. The pack is also limited to the Super Duty Crew Cab with the high-output diesel engine, which delivers 500 horsepower and 1,200 pound-feet of torque.

Ford doesn’t expect many of its buyers to flock to the Platinum Plus package. It’s for a specific buyer, and it feels natural for Ford to elevate owning a $100,000 pickup to a luxury-like experience. Customers are certainly paying the money to earn some perks.
