After being hit with a Stunner from Kevin Owens, Gargano was taken out of the equation, but he has made it clear that he’s still pushing for that title shot.
Gargano was a major reason why Sami Zayn retained his title against Kevin Owens on WWE SmackDown, but so was CM Punk. Punk was the man who hit Owens with the title, clearly an attempt at revenge after Owens did the same to him last week.
While Punk has a major claim for a rematch for the title, it seems that Gargano is the man who wants his shot, given that he has helped Zayn as he was asked.
