Fiorentina scorer Ndour on homegrown talent & Pioli
He also stressed the importance of homegrown talent for Italian clubs: “In recent years things are changing, just look at the last matchday where Pio and Camarda scored. Here at Fiorentina there are many of us, it’s a very young group, almost all Italian and that can help in difficult moments like this.”

Finally, Ndour praised coach Stefano Pioli for his constant support: “Pioli is a teacher for me. He always advises me on my imperfections, like going for the shot as happened today, so I always listen carefully to him.”
