During a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Doc Gallows of The Good Brothers noted that this was the perfect opportunity to push Finn as a singles star. Even Karl Anderson agreed that The Prince did stellar work as a top singles star earlier in his career and should get another world championship run in WWE.

“Finn Balor has had star written all over him from the very beginning. You can look at the guy, you can see the presence, you can see the fan reaction. I think both of us, seeing him at the top of his game in Japan and then what he’s turned into, I have to agree 100%. A world championship run as heel Finn Balor, it’s money in the bank. It has got to go that way, and I hope we get to see him do it, he stays healthy and he can be the superstar that he has always been at the very tip-top.” (H/T: Wrestletalk)

Finn Balor attacked Dominik Mysterio on RAW

“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio was in action against Penta on the March 23 edition of RAW. Liv Morgan was supposed to be at ringside with Mysterio, but an attack by Stephanie Vaquer neutralized her, leaving only JD McDonagh to fend for Dom.

During the match, Balor showed up to distract Dominik, allowing Penta to roll up the Judgment day star for the win. Finn then attacked Mysterio, but McDonagh came in to make the save. This led to Balor hitting the Coup de Grace on JD in front of Mysterio.
